PHASOM Office Complex (Phase 1)

Perimeter Fence: 90 Brick Panels

PHASOM currently has no office space of its own. The first step toward building a permanent home for pharmacy in Malawi is a perimeter fence around our site, made up of 90 brick panels. The fence secures the land and protects materials and work in progress, so that construction of the main office complex can proceed.

The full fence is costed at MWK 56.7 million, based on supplier quotes and including a 20 percent contingency reserve. Each panel costs about MWK 630,000, covering bricks, cement, sand and quarry stone, labour, and transport.

Sponsor a panel. Companies can sponsor one or more panels. Each sponsored panel is painted in the sponsor's corporate colours, giving two years of free advertising on a busy frontage, along with recognition on PHASOM channels, in reports and at events.

Give together. Members can give any amount, or team up with colleagues, a workplace or a district to co-sponsor a full panel.

Give in kind. Cement, bricks and other materials are welcome, as are direct payments to suppliers. Every donation is officially receipted.

We aim to begin construction within six months of the campaign launch on 20 September 2026. Every kwacha raised and spent is shown on this dashboard.
